I could listen to Flair talk about Bischoff all the way through 2023. And as much as I say that alot of Flair's stories aren't very truthful, I believe every word he says about Sleazy E. This gives me an even better understanding of why Flair wanted to beat the crap out of Bischoff backstage in WWE in 2003 or 2004 while Arn was guarding the door. Too bad there were no cameras present. Funniest line by Ric: Eric wouldn't even know how to put on a jockstrap!

One will have an awful time staying off alcohol, if an alcoholic, if they use Xanax or other Benzodiazepines. This is because on a molecular level alcohol and benzos are so similar that they slot almost exactly into Gaba receptors! these two drugs are also the ONLY type that can kill one while detoxing (notice the similar shaking hands?). These two drugs also will trigger each other! after 8 years of not drinking, i took some benzos prescribed by a doctor, i was drunk in a few days. it's insane. being possessed to drink when i didnt even know why i was in such a grip. good day sir!

I had drinks in 2015 with Ric in the Sonesta (Atlanta area), and he was an incredibly cool cat to me for two hours, right down to telling me stories.
I didn’t ask for a picture or an autograph. Wendy was kind as hell. My then-girlfriend, now wife (and mother to my four year old) called without knowing what I was doing mid-engagement, and he was very kind to comment on how pretty she was. Was just a chill night.
I’ll always appreciate that, Ric. Thank you for taking a kid that grew up watching you and making him feel welcome for a brief moment in time. Sometimes, your heroes turn out to be all right! You’ll always be the man to me - Wooo!

The best match I have ever seen live was Steamboat vs Flair with a 90 minute time limit. The match went about an hour and twenty-two minutes before the pin and it was incredible!!!!!
this is one of the greatest podcasts I've ever heard and it brings me not one ounce of surprise that Rick has already been managed away from speaking to the public again. my favorite thing that I say all the time to people as a result of watching this is, 'its so easy when you get to my age and you know it all.' I also tell people at my work and elsewhere that I could do nfl numbers if I wanted just based on what I know about other peoples bullshit.

I’d bet if anyone truly knows Ric’s shortcomings, it’d be Conrad’s wife, one of the two kids he more or less abandoned and forgot about. To say publicly that his daughter doesn’t like Bischoff, and put her on blast like that, knowing her husband works closely with him, is really selfish. I loved Ric as a pro wrestler, but honestly he’s probably the most flawed one of the Top 10 wrestlers of the 80’s/90’s/2000’s. Richard Fliehr is addicted to being Ric Flair, 24/7. 🤷🏾♂️

Conrad meeds to do a major sit down with Ric and Bischoff…that would be TV gold. I hate that they’re back to fighting in the sandbox. Ric’s also at odds with Jim Ross as well…eventually Ric will be at odds with Conrad because Ric has to be at odds with someone always…especially later in life. JR is also a red a$$ later in life…it’s sad, but it’s proof that guys have a hard time letting go of the past…the list of guys who age well in the business is small.

I've questioned many of Flair's actions over the years, but he handled this bimbo, beautifully!
I've grown to respect Eric a great deal. Love for Ric always but listen to Eric a few times, then Flair a few times and then honestly assess which of the two is more fair, stable and less egotistical. Eric 💯 owns up for anything he screwed up or missed in hindsight. That's all I can ask for from any man to gain big respect from me. We are all a little (or alot) too judgemental of people sometimes without really understanding their perspective, or all the factors of why they made certain decisions. As we mature, old grudges and resentment only make us bitter and miserable. It's nice to see when someone can let bygones be bygones.
