I don't know what to tell you. You're not going to be able to triple boot a Chromebook. Also, ChromeOS will erase EVERYTHING on a hard drive when you install it. It's pretty dumb
Can you do a tutorial on how to dualboot "ChromeOS" and Windows 10/11 on a Chromebook please ? i know it's been a while since you've made those videos but im interested in this subject and i wanna help a friend that only has a Chromebook to get Windows on his laptop on a SD card, since he have an eMMC drive and not enough space, but while keeping his data with ChromeOS on his main drive
Or could i just like, unlock the Chromebook's BIOS from ChromeOS like you did in your previous videos and at the Windows install on my USB drive just install Windows on the 256 GB SD card that i got for him while not deleting the other partitions that are used for ChromeOS and after that, everytime i boot the laptop/Chromebook i could just select the system i wanna use through the Windows Bootloader ? or it's like more complicated than that...? cause i've researched a lot about Dualbooting on a Chromebook and the closest answers i've got so far is what i've learned trough your Chromebook videos about Windows and this one.. but idk if i need to do some other extra steps to make my dualboot work correctly and perfectly the way i want it to be so he can just turn on his Chromebook and chose between Windows or ChromeOS and thats it
I haven't even touched a Chromebook in years. The problem is that ChromeOS erases the entire hard drive and makes it unavailable for anything else (or did when I made this video) so dual booting those 2 things is (or was) impossible.
@@DBTechYT Ok so like just booting ChromeOS would erase what is on my SD card that i use as a second drive for Windows instantly ? And like i could not use Windows any longer ? Like at this point would it be safer to encrypt the SD card that i'm using as the secondary drive for Windows ? And does for example booting in ChromeOS with the BIOS unlocked would reset the it's default firmware or it dosen't change unless you restore it with the ChromeOS terminal with the commands that you used and the backup ?

@@DBTechYT no. I did the same thing what you did. When laptop reboots i get that screen with text after rabbit. I turn it off plug usb with windows and nothing hapens. Mybe i need use different format in rufus
Crouton means that you're running ChromeOS with a virtual machine that has Linux installed. That means you're running BOTH operating systems at the SAME TIME and sharing resources. With this method, you only run ONE operating system at a time and they are separate from each other and don't share resources.
I wouldn't try to run a virtual machine on a Chromebook. You're already working with very limited resources. I can make a video on how to run Gnome boxes, but, again, I wouldn't recommend it on a Chromebook
You just had to update grub configuratios from the linux distro in order to add Windows 10 menu entry to Grub.
????

Where’s the link to the videos where he does windows then Linux?
This is the only dual-boot video I made. Also, this video is more than 5 years old, so the chance of me making that video is exactly 0 at this point.
But do you have a guide to putting Linux after windows on a chrome book
Nope. Based on what I read, this was/is the preferred order to do the install

"it freezes in charging windows 10"... What? sometimes you have to wait a long time for some screens because Chromebooks weren't meant to run Windows.
A doubt! I have an Acer C720 and install the Mr.chrombox FULL BIOS. My question is if I change my hard drive, will I have to do the process of installing the BIOS FULL again?

Try this video. You'll have to modify a few things, but you can use this as a starting point: ruclips.net/video/kXnU_S5ZNJQ/видео.html
Is it possible to do this with an sd card?
can we use a hardrive is that ok because my chromebook is 16gb so am going to use a hardrive but idk if it will

how to get pop os without needing a USB?
You don't. You can get a USB on Amazon for less than $5
@@DBTechYT ohh i see, okay thank you!
You need a USB to install an OS on a Chromebook or a laptop or a PC. There's not really much of a way to get around it.

can you make a video of how to dual boot windows and android

Maybe. I have no way of testing as I don't have a CD drive in any of my computers any more.
