- In this video, I will show you how to turn off or reset the Tire Pressure Warning System light (TPWS). The first generation Toyota Highlander does not have the common Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS). The Toyota TPWS can be considered an indirect TPMS. With a TPWS, there is no sensor in the wheel.

Great video. Got new tires the other day. Light came on. Made sure tires all had 34 psi. While car was running I pushed the button. Light went out. Next day on again. Look into it more and saw to do what you did - car in accessory but not running. Pushed and held it on. Unlike you video however my light blinked 3 times and then went off. Yours just went out. Not sure what the difference is but I have driven 20 miles and light has stayed off. Thanks!

What is really the psi for 2005 toyota highlander coz what was indicated in the driver side door is 30 psi both front and back in cool tire
