I almost felt that they were going through the different levels of hell pretty quick but the fact the 9th layer of hell was the regular monopoly and they were in that level for the longest, was the funniest part for me.
Prediction at 24 minutes in: The players will be trapped in the 9th circle, because... well, that's where traitors end up, and Dom is well known for declaring others to be traitors whenever anything unfortunate happens.

Monopoly but it’s a New Ice Age. Trading in furs and portable heaters and other means of keeping warm. Buying giant geothermal engines as property. Edible walrus meat as currency. Dying of cold or frostbite and having to switch to a new character. Things like that.

There's an Indian (possibly the original) version of Snakes and Ladders where you hit the end square and loop back around to the beginning, because the whole thing is a representation of Life, Death, and Rebirth, with snakes and ladders being the bad and good things that happen to you along the way. The only way to finish is to land on one particular square which represents Enlightenment, at which point you escape. I can definitely see that done using Monopoly with properties being Life Events, money being some kind of karma, and every time you pass Go you die and are reborn into a new life.
Monopoly But is an absolute banger, it proves it with every episode and seriously, guys, you can put out a weaker one, stop making me forever trapped in a limbo of thinking "oh, this is the best episode" and then thinking about any other episode and coming to same conclusion just to think of yet another episode until I arrive on the episode previously in the chain, I'm trapped forever, please, release me.

There's an Indian (possibly the original) version of Snakes and Ladders where you hit the end square and loop back around to the beginning, because the whole thing is a representation of Life, Death, and Rebirth, with snakes and ladders being the bad and good things that happen to you along the way. The only way to finish is to land on one particular square which represents Enlightenment, at which point you escape. I can definitely see that done using Monopoly with properties being Life Events, money being some kind of karma, and every time you pass Go you die and are reborn into a new life.

Monopoly But is an absolute banger, it proves it with every episode and seriously, guys, you can put out a weaker one, stop making me forever trapped in a limbo of thinking "oh, this is the best episode" and then thinking about any other episode and coming to same conclusion just to think of yet another episode until I arrive on the episode previously in the chain, I'm trapped forever, please, release me.
