    The lady being childless n widow s important from ponit of view of care at home so it becomes relevant from nursin point of view

    People suggest that we need to use synonyms rather than using same words from text, especially verbs. What is your suggestion?

    inflammatory markers like CRP / ESR / WBC count r always important for any medical case .

      In this case , inflammatory markers are mentioned during the hospitalization,she was already diagnosed with viral influenza (throat swab).now she was discharged. present problem is pericarditis

    Is there any need of any connectors between the sentences ?

      There are connectors you can use but they should be simple e.g. However/While/Despite. Avoid using connectors such as Furthermore/However. Other connectors to use are 'On examination,' 'On the second visit' etc. These are useful for making the time of visits clear.
