  • If you're searching the net for garden rooms and ideas, then I've got the answer for you.
A garden room well constructed will out last you, with this in mind, the best person to construct your dream garden room if the person reading this🥳
I have lost count of the amount of people who have contacted me saying they have been let down by their chosen contractor, or worse!
Had their money taken, with no chance of ever getting it back😭
From the images I see of professionally constructed rooms on social media, I would estimate, at least 60% of "professionals" are constructing garden rooms using lesser quality materials or poor techniques that won't last the test of time, or even worse! both !!😳
I randomly met this extreamly happy man a few days ago, turns out his happiness, or some of it, was because he'd built his own garden room............ and yeah! he used a build pack to help him!!
Building your own garden room is not only cost saving, but a rewarding life experience.
No experience, but smashed it out the park🥳
    Think you can't do it?
    Think again!
You my friend, have the skill and power, you just don't know it yet!!

We're a small building company based in Glasgow and had a really good long term client who couldn't afford a full build from ourselves . We recommend your build pack to them and helped them with the stages they were concerned about , concrete/rods electrics ,door installation , rubber roof etc . Worked out great in the end for everyone , client saved a load of money and we got some great jobs off the back of it . Would highly recommend the build packs even if you dont do 100% on your own

Minimal experience beforehand, but a handy DIY father that has been a massive help ;) Only wish I had discovered you, your videos and build pack before I got underway! I'm sure it would have saved me months and months of pain-staking research and deliberation trying to work out technical details that would have been second nature to you, I'm sure! Love your positive energy. Best of luck with all your plans.

Yes mate, but the council will want non-combustable materials to boundary sides. This in it's self, is completely open to interpritation by your local council, we've never had an issue, but I know some people have had to use a fire resistant paint, others have had to use fibre cement board, others fire rated plater board to insides, all depends on the inspectors interpretation of the rules mate
