    Hi there! Have you considered using Webinarloop? Well, I did and this turned out to be the best choice. I choose this platform because it helps me in running live, pre-recorded, on-demand, evergreen webinars. Not just this, it provides varieties of other features such as automated webinar email and SMS reminders, customizable thank you pages,sign-up page templates, simulated chat during webinars, an engagement sidebar, and many more. And the best part is it never lags even with 1000s of attendees. That's a great deal right!

    This is absolutely excellent overview for anyone running a serious Zoom webinar. Much more informative than all the beginner "this is what's in the menu" RUclips videos. Great focus on all the surround preparation, such as: scripts (run of show), water, power outage plan, Internet backup plan and nice discussion of nerves and focus. One item not mentioned, because it is now completely practiced for Fei - when you are on camera look into the camera ("look into the light") ! If I am to be on screen for a major event, I often mount my webcam (always better to use one or a real camera) on a tripod right bang in front of my main screen (yes it blocks some things). Thank you, Fei.

    As a host and for the best attendee experience what do you recommend for screen sharing presentations? I prefer to keep a seamless PowerPoint experience and I’ll share my screen then provide remote access to the presenter. Problem is that I can no longer click or use my mouse as I will toggle back control to myself and interrupt the remote access to the presenter. I have to use 2 computers if I do this. One for screen sharing and a separate computer for other host controls. Do you have a better suggestion?

    Hello. I would have liked to know how to organise the emails that are joining my webinar. The phase before webinar. The selling phase! A client buys my webinar. How can I send this client a Unic zoom link automatically after purchase? Should I manually add the clients email manually? It's there an automatic option? So I don't have to enter 5000 emails..... Doo you understand my question? 😂👍😎🤩🌟🏆💪 Thank you so much

    have you noticed changes with zoom webinar since the update in late July 2021? The host can only control spotlighting, trying to figure out how to use multiple ASL interpreters without having to spotlight them each time they switch shifts every 20 minutes?

      Only hosts, co-hosts, and panelists will be able to see the other participants.
      Webinar attendees (listeners) cannot see other attendees.

    Dear Fei thanks a lot for your geat video. What can you recomend me: as a moderatior in the background organizing the webinar? I'm told do things like to spotlight and remove panellists while they have their time slot to speak and also when they answer questions in the Chat. Should I be the Host and operate like this as an moderator?

    • @FeisworldMedia
      @FeisworldMedia  2 года назад

      Hi Alexandra, apologies for the late reply! I recommend you be the host if you are the lead operator, but please also have a cohost who can help you with spotlighting and other ops stuff inside Zoom webinar. You can assign them even after you start the meeting (no need to pay extra to Zoom) :)

    great tips! quick question, can you change attendee views at any time from follow host, active, to gallery.... I would like to have a webinar as a host and to keep my view as a gallery, but at the start of the webinar, I have the attendee view set to speaker at first, but change the attendee view to gallery halfway through. Will this work?

    • @FeisworldMedia
      @FeisworldMedia  2 года назад +1

      yes you can actually... but it's best to keep follow host view, and then as a host, you can change the your view from speaker to gallery, etc., this way to ensure you know what the attendees are seeing

    How would we have 100 users but ensure that the panelists have reserved spots? So that they won't be pushed out if many people get on the meeting before the panelists jump on?

    • @FeisworldMedia

      Hi Sasha, feel free to contact zoom to confirm. To my knowledge for zoom webinar, the panelist count does not count toward total users. They are separate

    If I convert my webinar to a meeting, will it affect the normal amount of people in.
    Let's say my meeting allows just 100 people but I have a webinar addon that allows 500 persons. Converting this webinar to a meeting, will it affect the persons who registered for it?

    • @FeisworldMedia
      @FeisworldMedia  Год назад

      Hi there sorry I’m seeing this just now, how did it go? My understanding of the total headcount has to do with the account you have. Whether it’s meeting or webinar, you pay zoom based on the number of attendees. So if you are paying premium to allow more than 100 attendees, so should I reflect between webinar a meeting. I hope that helps :-)

    is there any option to record lectures and send it to panelist for limited time range. like, 8am to 8pm ?

    • @FeisworldMedia
      @FeisworldMedia  2 года назад

      Hi Dinuka, you'll need a separate content platform for that. Is this daily, or a one-time request? You can set a unique link to expire after a certain time, or try something like Momence to host the content

    My situation is that we want to do a Webinar and have had the registration open for 2 weeks; we have 70 attendees right now and anticipate 100 by March 1. Nevertheless, I just found out the presenter wants breakout rooms as they have a scenario they want smaller groups of people to do. Am I correct that I have to, therefore, convert this webinar to a meeting? I understand that I can do this and the people who registered under the webinar profile can use the same link? I understand I lose the survey option, but I'm ok with this and will simply email the survey to the attendees post-meeting. Now, if I mute the A/V for all participants, will that change when they go into the breakout rooms? Secondly, if I highlight or spotlight the 'speaker', can they still share screen? If the main host (basically me) is going to do an introduction (in Oregon) and then the presenter is going to do their talk (in D.C.), I guess I need to be quickly changing settings so that we go from me sharing screen, then I unshare and then the presenter shares? Do I just need to be doing a bunch of really quick adjustments to muting and unmuting all participants, etc... and shifting from me to the presenter since the meeting matrix is way different than the webinar matrix? (The real issue all stems around the breakout rooms and that Zoom doesn't allow them via the webinar matrix.) thank you
