Hey Marquis, I never comment anywhere and had to take the time to thank you for your fantastic content! I feel guided and supported as I try to navigate through this jungle of tools and software. I've got a question for you: You answered a question at the end of your webinar about using Asana as a CRM. You mentioned that if we're good with having a light CRM then Asana is a good option. However, if we want to track sales and marketing metrics (which I do) we should go with a dedicated CRM. My issue is that the CRM that I'm currently using (Bigin by Zoho CRM) has many overlapping features with Asana (workflows, tasks). Is there no way to track metrics in Asana? It really bothers me to store the potential clients' data in one app and then the post-sale client data in Asana. I'd have to set up some kind of automation using Make to get all the data transferred to a common space. I'd be doing all this work just for the metrics? I also try as much as possible to avoid using 3rd party integrations. How would you handle this? Thank you for your time! Edit : Funny thing, as soon as I posted my comment, an ad for Monday.com appears with the title : How to bring all your work to one place. lol

Hi Anne, I’m so sorry that I’m just seeing this now. This was such a nice comment and I missed it. How did your search go? Did you end up with Monday.com?
To answer your question, any metrics that you’d want to track in Asana would have to be manual.
