Over the Summer, I built out a whole Master Calendar process for the entire years worth of work for our communications team at my Church by doing this. Its a lot of work with how complex our process is, but it is already paying dividends on time and efficiency. Great break down Marquis!
That's incredible work! I'm glad to hear it's paying off for you. Keep it up!
Thank you!
You're welcome!
Thanks for this, we are implementing and Asana using the same workaround on using percentage and spoken to Asana about how we would like to see unassigned resources so we can resource plan, prioritise and Optimize. Feels like capacity plan or this approach doesn't really solve that. Specifically you get lot of noise in workload on actual assigned tasks
Any recommendation on how to work this through?
Good question!. I suggest watching this video on how to use Asana’s new capacity planning feature to do just that: ruclips.net/video/CAn-hoQ305U/видео.html
