I have to aknowledge that you are a first - class and world - class reporter. Sycophancy apart for I have been watching you for so long. You always pick the best examples for the benefits and development of Nigeria and the whole world and this is another giant stride. After ruling Nigeria for eight years in addition to military rule, he came out simpler and happier meaning he didn't steal the nation' s resources but added selflessly and immensely to them and his people do not blame him because he was not sent there to steal and destroy but to build the nation. May all Nigerians learn lesson from his life and your life. Viva !

After this interview all I can say is. The right enforcement body needs to interrogate and investigate all the people who worked under Buhari. Buhari might not be corrupt personally but it is very obvious from his answers a lot of things happened and he is unaware of. If this was just an audio recording I would have said that could not have been our president. I can't even rate the interview, but thank you Thecla for your outstanding interviews. My best so far was the one with Dr. Emeka Anyaoku. Keep it up

I have never seen an interview in which the interviewee is so lost in answering questions, this man has truly lost it, he ought be left to retire in peace.
I saw it since his first exclusive interview as President when he granted that Channels interview in his second tenure after evading the media for four years. Even his second interview with the Hausa station TTV. The man totally lacks grasp and comprehension, that is when I knew this country is totally irredeemable under his leadership.

Who formed Boko haram? If it wasn't you Buhari; why were you saying that "an attack on boko haram is an attack on the North"? How many boko haram did you arrested and persecuted since you came to office to solve?
When he was toppled as a military dictator I thought he was not allowed to contribute to the development of the country.
But after his eight years as the former president of Nigeria my expectations of him were dashed.
Especially, his complete abandonment of federal roads in Edo State.
I found him to be deeply delinquent in his duties and insensitive to the plight of suffering Nigerians during his administration.
Because he did not consider the economic benefits of the federal roads system passing through Edo state.
Also, he allowed federal roads in the state to be sold to shadow contractors with no tools to build or maintain roads. And certainly no accountability.
Thereby, allowing the roads to disintegrate into sorrowful state, and a death trap for motorists plying the roads.
Even, some roads that were under construction in the state were abandoned with impunity.
Because his administration was involved in nepotism, where Nigerians were questioning if they are still part of the country.
In a sense, and to my dismay he promoted injustice in the country, and he robbed Peter to pay Paul.
A failure of leadership indeed.

I cannot even understand what he's saying, totally not in sink with the questions put to him. No wonder he was not able to fight corruption thoroughly well because you have to be intelligent to be able to fight and detect corruption. He always claim to be incorruptible but then he uses his trusted cronies to evade corruption.
