The increase of 300% of salaries for judicial officers I nothing compared to what a Senator earns which is shrouded in secrecy; until a senator came out and said, it is #21m monthly. Nigerian judges were as stated, the least paid in Africa, not even the world. The last increase was in 2008. And from Media reports, the Chief Justice of Nigeria will take home about #5.3m. What does the Senate president take home if a Senator takes home #21m monthly? Hopefully, the judges would work better now.

In my primary school days, 50kobo would buy a bread, a bottle of coke and you would still get some change.
