Sources say, cardio kickboxing provides an aerobic workout that burns calories and can help you lose weight. Research shows that elite and amateur kickboxers have more muscle mass and lower percentages of body fat. A person who weighs 155 pounds can burn 372 calories during just 30 minutes of kickboxing.

Thanks for posting this!! So beautifully aligned with me, in _perfect_ timing, as I finally shed my excess weight/fat, and must now focus purely on my muscles. In addition to my PT, I _must_ do something FUN, positively energetic (GOOD spirited), and different/varied (switch up, no routine), and I _loved_ my cardio kickboxing class I did ~22 years ago. This will be fun!

Love this! To warm up the body you need to move. Not stretch. Stretch is at the end.

First time doing one of your videos. I modified with sis withe Boss shirt. I did all but the last 15 min…I had to start work. This is certainly in my workout playlist!!!
