The perfectly transparent sound while changing presets is at the very top of my list for any guitar pedal or preamp. Jackson is just nailing everything with their new line. Great stuff.
This is my favorite pedal by far. There isn’t an amp/ guitar combination, I’ve found, that it doesn’t work with. It works with my P-90 equipped guitars into my Mesa Mk V and my 1959 Tweed Deluxe. Such a great pedal. It’s my true desert island pedal, I use it for everything.

Where is the boost in the signal chain, before or after the drive?

But it is not sold in Japan, so there is no instruction manual.

Can you power this pedal with 18v?
The manual online says 9v MAX but your enclosure in this video 9-18v, please resolve this inconsistency. I would live to try 18v, but I don’t want to break the pedal.

The tone changes between modes really isn’t obvious in this video. It’s more apparent when you can feel the clipping changes in the fingers.
Also, after watching an Andertons video and others, I think Jackson did a disservice to themselves by saying “this mode is kind of like a TS, this one is like KOT” because they’re interpreted by gear demo people as being totally different circuits and tones. They’re not. No fault of the pedal, just the communication. :)
