Your Mascarpone berry cake made everything that I am an amazing baker ha! Now on to this one. I saw that some people don't use the yolk in the the recipe so that the cake would not look yellow in the center. Is this true and does the yolk make a big difference in using it or not?

I wouldn't recommend it. It won't bake evenly and will be more dense.
