What food delivery do you recommend thats worth it?
I lost weight with Freshly and ate better in general. Like fruit, greek yogurt, a chicken wrap or sushi, and an antioxidant juice or low-calorie sparkling drink. I would also fast. But Freshly has helped me a lot by giving me back my time and making me lose weight. I have less bloating. But I never microwave my meals, I always stove-top cook.
You are supposed to peel back a corner a bit then microwave it so it steams the food. That will avoid your gorilla goo you like so much.

ik this is late, but i eat freshly almost every week (very busy schedule) they are filling to me and keep me full for a little bit too

If they average 13 dollars a meal that's almost 30 dollers a day for lunch and dinner. That's expensive
I live alone and on a weight loss “journey”. I use freshly for dinner only and i pay about $60 before shipping for the 6 meal plan then use the 7th day as my cheat day. For me and my living/financial situation, it’s worth it. Yes, you can recreate the meals for less but in a sense you’re paying for the convenience factor of already having it prepped.

How clean are the kitchens
I ordered 12 meals from freshly because I have a serious DoorDash habit. I am not impressed so far. The vegetables had no seasoning and the chicken tasted like nothing. Most likely won’t order it again. :/
When I made this video those years ago the quality of their food was much better. My recent orders have been watery, soupy, and bland. Like your experience.

michelle m I’m checking out this vid after watching an honest review on factor 75 meals. If you want separated, go for factor 75 - it’s separated and the meals are huge compared to freshly. I’m only watching this b/c a friend of mine was interested in freshly and i want to see what she sees in it. So far while writing this i’m at him eating the bolognese and so far the meals look like crap to me and they’re tiny

Sodium doesn't cause weight gain lol sodium may make you retain water, but if you're drinking enough of it, your body will just flush it out along with the sodium.

I was really excited for this service and I'd be willing to pay more even but this is legit just microwave meals like you can buy in the freezer section but for $12/each instead of $3 each.

The food is better quality than what you will find in the frozen meals section in the grocery. They aren't tasty anymore however.

ALWAYS REMOVE FROM THE PLASTIC - TRANSFER IT TO BOWL MICROWABLE PLATE - AS A COVER USE COSTCO NAPKIN - WET THE NAPKIN AND PUT IT AS YOUR COVER TO STEAM YOUR FOOD - WITHOUT A WET NAPKIN IT WILL MAKE YOUR FOOD DRY AT TIMES CHEWY.
