Thanks for the video, some great info there! I am alternating between both of these meal services. The good news is that Dinnerly now has big, beautiful recipe cards! Bad news? The only bad news that I can think of is the meat packages for both are super hard to open unless you have a kitchen scissors or a sharp knife. I really do like both of these services; the recipes are inventive, the prices are pretty good and I almost always get the EveryPlate bonus package of ranch steak or chicken for a dollar. One prep suggestion: Open the meat before starting; snip the corners of all the little packages of spices, sauces, etc. and stand them up in a bowl or coffee cup until they're needed; it makes the workflow so much easier!

I'm an Everyplate customer and I do exactly what you suggest in terms of opening all the little packets and standing them up in a coffee cup! Great minds think alike!

I share the views of many seniors. I'm a healthy 80 year old, and do not want to stand over the meal preparation for 45 minutes, plus. We can order and rive 15 minutes, and have meals in this price range all prepared. Why would we not want to do that unless you were in a city, and you had to go outside. So, for me, I've narrowed to down to meals I can microwave or spill the contents onto a bake plate or skillet. That's all the work we want to do.

I currently have EveryPlate and now struggling with my newly discovered food allergies as I am gluten free and dairy free. With EveryPlate every recipe has either gluten or dairy or both. So I will switch to dinnerly soon in the future.

We did Dinnerly while remoldeling our kitchen. Many of your observations about it were the same for us. Sometimes I just printed out a copy of the PDF because of that whole messy thing...and my phone would shut off. I didn't like the thrown in the box situation, but keep in mind that I was ordering 8 servings in order to feed 7 of us. The flavors were pretty good, the food variety was great, and it really helped us during a crazy time. I do think bagging stuff up would help keep some of the items from getting freeze damage.

Thank you - I'm recently switching from Everyplate to dinnerly because Everyplate 5 weeks in a row had open meat packages and put the potatoes under the icepacks which caused them to go soggy :( I'm hoping dinnerly will be better! Great video!

OH GOD!!! What the hell Everyplate! How the hell did they manage to do that with the meats? Dont these delivery services usually use the vacuum sealed / packed meat packaging?

I ordered a 4 person/4 day a week meal plan for myself and my husband. My husband is a big eater so I ordered it as if it were for 4 people instead of 2 people. We aren’t gluten or dairy intolerant so I am looking forward to trying Everyplate

I might not get them at all..I can cook fancy all on my own. It's just since I am alone..everything comes with it for each meal, and it's just the convenience of having g everything in front of you and ready to go? Plus avoids me from going to the Grocery store for most of the ingredients of each meal and avoids me stocking so many ingredients in the frig and or in the cabinets too! 🙂🙂🙂

Every plate - because I really need a written out description, especially if I want to recreate the recipes. Used Blue Apron - it was great but expensive. Using now Hello Fresh but for some reason my computer won't allow a smooth transaction so I'm ending that prescription.

Me and my fiances did everyplate for about 3 weeks now. Most if not all the recipes were very basic and bland. Neither of us eat pork so that cut out a third or more of the options. We are excited to try dinnerly though.

Why are you here then? People have different situations than you. Packed schedules, working multiple jobs or double shifts, the disabled/sick, etc. Services like this are no different than getting a package, mail, or milk delivered. It helps people out, and people are still cooking their own food.

@@cniknik9863 the first sentence is pathetic. I’m obviously here to see the worth of this service but you are too stupid to see that. Hell, you might have swayed my opinion of you weren’t a moron from the start.
