- Remnant 2 LIFESTEAL Trait and How to Get it! Remnant 2 Tips and Tricks. In this video we are taking a look at a trait that can be found in the game and will help you out with a bunch of different builds. This trait is incredible, at level 10 it will give you 3% of your base damage as lifesteal so if you're dealing 100 damage per shot you'll get 3 health back which doesn't seem like a lot in Remnant 2 but will help out much better than you think.
This Remnant 2 trait doesn't mess around and it's not too hard to get, you just need the right world roll in N'Erud to get the facility dungeon that times you as you defeat the enemies. The one thing I’m not a fan of in this sequel is the trait point cap tbh. During playtests it was 50, increased to 60 for full release. They said it’s not set in stone though so here’s hoping it gets a bump

I really hate it to.I had thought my game was glitch out once I notice my trait points can’t get pass 60 n I can’t gain no more added traits.I thought we was able to max out every trait like da first game
Just install a mod that increases the cap.

Hopefully the expansion doubles the cap to 120 or at least 100. It’s so silly that traits are capped at 60 but you can still get trait points, which are useless basically after you had 60 pts.
The thing that’s amazing about this game is there are multiple ways to clear/beat and will offer different rewards based on the method the player used/chose
Theres an alternative completion you can do instead of clearing the zone. You can go straight toward the control room in the zone, pressing the button will trigger the decom process and give the trait alongside a ring in the room and a loot chest
That sounds alot easier
@@De1usionsofGrandeur It is, just rush 1 way, your get to corner of map and start to go up, control rooms on floor above you
You can enter the room off the side of the walkway on the curve where the handrail is missing and decontaminate the dungeon which also gives you a boss fight, a melee weapon and key to get the pulse rifle.

Hey man, thanks for the tips. I noticed you have the stutter problem when getting scrap from the ground, this one is really annoying and I got it too. I've been playing with my brother and it should be fixed once you re-roll the campaign. I'm not sure if it works yet, gonna try it today.

Any, you just need the right dungeon
Can you get life steal for both weapons and gear for better survivability like a type of tank build?
As a trait you can then use both weapons and I believe some weapons have lifesteal on them as well, armor doesn’t have any buffs or anything on it 👍
There's also the Soul Link ring... It summons Lifesteal 5% of base damage dealt which returns to the wearer as health.

Lile they said above, soul link ring is good. As well as the Life steal relic. Its actually called "siphon heart". You got it by killing the N'erud world boss "Tal'hara" (i think thats how its spelled), then talking to the custodian. He will give you the relic. It grants 10% of base damage as lifesteal for 10s. The boss spawned in for me in the "forgotten prison" instance of N'erud. Hope that helps :)
How u get fortify trait?
Does this trait even work? I put 3 points into it to test, I shoot someone for 500 damage and I can't see my health bar even move. That should be roughly 5hp, I think I ought to see that.
It’s percent of your base damage, not the damage numbers you see when shooting. As an example using the Chicago Typewriter at level 1 has a base damage of 10 so you would only get 0.1HP on 1% lifesteal if that makes sense
@@Born2Game Well, that seems kinda awful. No wonder my 0.25hp/s ring seemed to heal way more overall. Sure the lifesteal might be worth something when focusing on a boss. But other than that it seems useless.
What armor are you wearing?
Mix and match armor, I just go for high fire resistance and enough to keep the weight down, I can’t remember what it’s all called
Does lifesteal work for summons as well?
They can’t get lifesteal for themselves
Okay but how the heck do I get to the location to start the sub quest to get this trait ?

@@Born2Game yeah I was dumb and just never found it. In fact, took me 2 whole rolls exploring N’erud FULLY twice. It was my first dungeon in the third roll 😅
In what map exactly csn this dungeon spawn and with what map I need to start to find this dungeon?
It’s in the N’Erud world and we found the dungeon in Eon Vault and no idea if there is a specific start to the world for the dungeon to spawn

@@Born2Gameto my knowledge the maps have 2 different spawns with the random dungeons like for N'Erud it's the forgotten prison and sorrow, then it's just random chance for dungeons

Big thing needs to be mentioned this will only work if you have a ring or weapon that does life steal
I’ve got no other lifesteal on my build and it works fine, the trait gives you a percentage of health based on your base damage with a weapon so it’s best used with a single shot weapon that has a high base damage or you won’t notice it
Not true. I have an amulet that acid blasts in an area around me and my only source of life steal is this one trait maxed out, and I am constantly being healed by it.
This game brought me to the worst youtube uploads ever. No need to explain what we are here for. No need for intros. Just start the video telling us what world and start point sheesh. Every. Damn. Video. Gotta skip to like the middle to get to what you're there for🙄😮💨
