I like this option… try getting creative with the bed (fold down maybe?) so you can use that space when not night time. I’ve seen showers that can be used outside the back door with a separate wooden floor placed on the concrete.
I know it's what you gotta do, but I simply just can't empty a toilet that someone else has .. placed their solids in... That would make me gag and probably more .. respect to you for doing that
After the shower they keep the composting in the same box i am assuming the shower is wet and therefore a big mess, i hate this setup and poop in the kitchen like seriously, the bacteria is in the air whether someone believe it or not. Worst set up ever.
I just don't believe that it doesn't stink. I know how my solids can be...and...what you gotta solid and liquid sepately? Can people do that? Sometimes I do both at the same time!!! Like I appreciate the small foot print, but that still looks like a bit of work & I just don't think that toilet could handle me...hahaha. kudos to you guys tho!! For real! ❤❤🎉🎉

I’d say less depending on how you do it. In the last 4 years we’ve cooked most of our own meals and lived in a stationary location for over half the year and it has been much cheaper.
Can explain to me why people don’t concert a 15 passenger van for van life? I m genuinely curious because u don’t need a bus license and u can park it in places like a normal car but u get more space to live.
You sacrifice privacy for a much bigger livable space. You could turn the toilet 90 degrees and put up the shower curtain for visual privacy. Your partner could wait in the diving cabin I guess.
That upholstery is horrible, stitching gathering the fabric, fabric has stretched since installation, and you’re using this for an advertisement??? Looks like Warwick Eastwood fabric, so I know that can be done so much better.

We love this setup yes. This one isn’t ours but we’ve lived in a van with an identical shower setup for the last year and it’s amazing.

We usually leave it off or towel dry it if we are in a hurry.

As beautiful as this van living space design is. It’s too sterile. I can’t see there being any life or warm. But its an ideal showroom.
I like it better when you put the bathroom in the back. Putting it by the kitchen is not practical and unsanitary
You can only do that on a sprinter van and a longer wheelbase so it wouldn’t be possible with this particular van.
But how about a bit of privacy when your doing your thing on the toilet?
