    I'm basically just watching all your videos because of how informative it this. Too bad most of the headsets are not available in my country... Thank you for all the detailed reviews and stay safe.

    Am I right to say that the microphone is worse in the Poly? Is it better to go with Evolve 65 than with the Poly? I am looking for a NC headset for my wife. I currently have an Evolve 65 and wanted her to go Poly, but the mic sounds bad in this video.

    Thanks for the wonderful comparison video. Subscribed to this channel !! Quick question. Which microphone did good noise cancellation? Jabra evolve 2 or poly 4220? From the video, I feel poly was better. But it may be my headset. What about your thoughts ?

    Sounded like you were getting some signal interference on both headsets.

    What is the difference between these headsets and the voyager 5200? I understand the voyager is more for mobile but how well does it drown background noises, the tv and barking dogs? Also is there a Jabra equivalent that can be used on both sides (mic rotates all the way)?

      Call One, Inc. Thank you for the info. I saw your video about the voyager 5200 on the road and next to a truck. How does it do in open office setting? Does it work well canceling other people’s voices like some of the others you have reviewed recently with the tv at volume 80? I have a focus and I need a different style headset to give my ears and head some reprieve!! Thanks!

    The Jabra Evolve2 65 mike is much better IMO.
    The problem with the Evolve2 series is that you lose 1 second of audio content everytime there is a pause in a call/video etc.

    Quick question.
    I'm really tempted to go cordless and use this with my mobile in breaks from work, but if I'm on a call via USB for work and a Bluetooth/mobile call comes in, is this going to cause problems?

    • @CallOneInc

      Hi Nick! Thank you for watching and your question. If you are paired to mobile and computer, here’s what typically happens:
      - in a mobile call and you get a softphone call: you will be prompted to end or place mobile call on hold and are given option to answer or reject softphone call (that’s my experience with my iOS iPhone.)
      - in a softphone call and you get a mobile call you are given same options answer, place softphone call on hold or reject mobile call.
      - another important thing to note is that if in a softphone call and you get notifications from your phone, there may be a pause in softphone audio during the notification sound.
      - if in an important softphone call/video meeting, I recommend you turn Bluetooth off to avoid any distractions and vice versa, if in an important mobile call, I would disconnect dongle from computer to avoid any pauses in audio from computer notifications. Or turn off all notifications.
      - if streaming music from mobile and you get a call from your mobile or softphone, most headset management software allows to select behavior, I select to “pause” music. Once off call, music resumes.
      Hope this helps!

      @@CallOneInc Thank you for the reply. Do you mean audio connection is via Bluetooth even coded USB cable? (i.e. USB cable is for power charging only). I was wondering if the bitrate will be different with USB cable vs "1 channel 16 bit 16000 hz (tape recorder quality" with Bluetooth.

    How is all that sound not getting through in your tests? You had the TV very loud and it didn't come through, but your voice did. Neither did typing. I have the mono version and just realized it doesn't advertise ANC (neither does dual speaker) and I can't find a way to keep ambient sounds from being picked up, which is the entire reason I bought. Manual does not mention it either (the manual is the same for mono and dual). I tested with typing (it did horrible and I could hear it all, even if I leaned way back and typed quietly and it also picked up music loud and clear. Pretty much picked up everything. Disappointing.

    @ Call One, I have a question, which one would you recommend out of plantronics savi 8220 office or voyager 4220 office (as shown in the video). I like the Jabra 2 65 look and sound with the mic and speakers, but I have to use the mic on the left ear, so not an option. So out of these two, which one has the best quality, sound of the mic, and the best noise canceling? Thank you!

    • @winstonharris672
      @winstonharris672 3 года назад

      @@CallOneInc Thank you, that would be great! Can’t wait to see the video of the differences. I agree the savi seems to be better quality, but I don’t know about the mic and noise canceling features, I think the voyager 4200 office is newer? (So voyager 4200 office might be better tech inside with the mic and noise canceling). For me, I don’t use a landline phone in the office. I would be using with my mobile device or connecting it through PC. Bluetooth is a must, but I thought savi had a version that could use mobile as well. I would be using it to make my calls for real estate and zoom appts. It needs to be clear and noise cancel features (with semi noisy office environment) - wife is working from home now, and we are sharing my home office.

    • @winstonharris672
      @winstonharris672 3 года назад

      @@CallOneInc so you’re saying I would have to pair my mobile to the doc on the savi. And not directly. That would be okay. But you’re saying the 4220 office would be best for me. I do like the look and headphones better on the 4220 but I really need a clear mic and not a mic that sounds robotic like. And noise cancelling is a big deal. So dual ear would be my option.

    which one should i go for between Evolve2 65 and Evolve2 40 ??

    • @CallOneInc
      @CallOneInc  3 года назад +1

      Hi antoniofady! That depends on your use case. The Evolve2 65 offers wireless Bluetooth connectivity to computer and mobile devices. It can also be used as corded USB headset. The Evolve2 40 offers corded USB connectivity only to computer. If you would benefit from computer and mobile device connectivity, the Evolve2 65 may be a good fit. If you only need computer connectivity, the Evolve2 40 is a good option. Here’s a Jabra Evolve2 series video playlist ruclips.net/p/PLOmK3KI8aDaV_q56pT2Q7PrcaNmGMAgmW
