It drives me crazy how Rustage will make a great version of a hook and reserve it for the last part. It always feels like he’s nerfing the rest of the song. I still love it, but I thought the exact same thing that you said with the hook at the end sounding better and I’ve thought that with a few of his songs. But a great song nonetheless!
I disagree. I always look forward to the outro hook the most. It feels like the song ramps up towards the end. If all the hooks were the same, the song would end "stagnant" if you know what I mean. Obviously there needs to be the correct balance of so all of the hooks are good enough and the rest of the hooks don't feel nerfed even if the ending is the strongest part.
Three of my favorite nerdcore songs of all time bring in actual choruses to sing on the final hook. I love it when songs reserve the last hook to go big. If you’re going to go into the hook for a third time to end a song, give me a reason to not just skip to the next one.

I'm usually okay with it just due to the variation. But yes this time I might have preferred the last hook as the first and second iteration too
