Ranveer is more versatile and can play any character while Ranbir has good professional image and PR that keeps promoting him as the best actor in the industry. The real issue that you forgot to address is that Ranveer focused on competition with Ranbir Kapoor while Ranbir never really cared and Ranbir focused on himself only. I completely agree with what is being discussed coz I was a Ranveer fan for a long time until he started being weird and a wannabee at every staged thing. Ranveer Singh is a brilliant actor no doubt about it but it is also a fact that movies which made him the next big superstar had came with very successful director such as Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Rohit sheety, zoya Akhtar karan johar etc . So any other actor who would have worked with those sucessful actors would have worked with same directors would have achieved the same sucess.
I completely agree with what is being discussed coz I was a Ranveer fan for a long time until he started being weird and a wannabee at every staged thing. His public appearances are definitely decreasing but every time he still appears, it's the same shit show of weirdly fashioned clothes and hair, and that extra energy boost of shouts and dance. What unsettles me is his behaviour in the recent ambani wedding where ranveer and Deepika were not even seen together. I mean it somehow proves that whatever was done in the past by them at other weddings and award functions (as mentioned in the video), was all FAKE. Still no hate but it's hard to watch such a good actor lose his respect in the real world.
Ranveer has always been over the top, he literally wore Krishh costume and danced at signals, at that point it was fun because his films were doing well and his quirks were considered crazy and cool, but now because of poor script selection his antics are looking clownish. If he starts choosing good projects again everything will bounce back to normal. Similarly if Ranbir's films stop doing well people will reduce him to the red flag misogynist cheater husband, attention goes to real life when actors dont deliver in professional front.
And completely disagree with the last statement that "Ranveer wants to be Ranbir", sorry but Ranveer has his own nuanced acting skills and certain roles I cant even imagine Ranbir pulling off Bajirao or Khilji.
As an insider, RS is completely different off-camera. What you see him publicly, it's just for image building.. His PR agency was aggressively active building his fake image even before his Bollywood debut.
