Christianity is one of many beliefs and perspectives that holds truth but isn’t enough for me personally. So to answer your question, in my opinion any belief system that enlightens and educates a person to behave righteously is winning but not I don’t believe Christianity personally is for people of African descent. I prefer a spiritual practice without feeling indoctrinated and I can’t submit to what an oppressor suggested. Don’t sit well with me. I’ll do my own research and let my soul tell me what’s right or wrong not other ppl!

I was very intuitive when I was younger but slowly it was schooled out of me by western logic. When my sense of spirituality was drained it felt like part of me shut down and I lost a huge part of my identity and way of seeing the world. I had a visit from an entity in a dream that presented itself as a mambo (voodoo priestess) shuffling tarot cards, laid out a spread for me and warned me about people who had ill intentions towards me, and what they were conspiring in secret, everything it said came true, ultimately gave me a heads up and I was able to get one step ahead of these people, but too this day I still can’t figure out who this entity was other than it was a messenger of voodoo deities, information on these deities however is so vague made it impossible to find confirmation on who this was.

If you know your parent's names refer to them as mother of (your parent's name), father and forefathers of (your parent's names). Hope that helps.
