    Very nice Build! I have a similar idea to do a little N-gauge as a 24hr build, but it wont be till next year as some things just are not available in the current climate. Happy modelling! All the best Tony

    Absolutely awesome videos. Each video could easily be 30mins or longer and I would watch every minute!

    Incredible video, I keep finding myself coming back to it.
    One thing I would really like to know is how you managed to keep the clay away from the rails in the servicing shed. Thank you.
    All the best,
    Owen

      Thank you Owen! There is a small scene where you can see me going down the inside of each rail with a small sanding desk… Only do this by hand but slowly and surely it will Sandaway/dig a trough for the wheel flanges to roll down :)

    What size is that board

    • @RustyRailsModelling
      @RustyRailsModelling  3 года назад +1

      The board is a scrap piece of wood in the IKEA scrap bin outside their stores… I’m not sure what the sizes anymore as I have now sold this but I think it was roughly 180 cm x 35 cm :)

    Amazing layout, how did you do the track with the concrete on the sleepers around the DB shed, it looks incredible

    • @RustyRailsModelling
      @RustyRailsModelling  3 года назад +1

      Thank you so much !
      It’s just modelling clay that looks like concrete and then sanded down flat… It’s messy but looks good

    How much did it cost? (Not including trains)

    Hi I just found your channel and I love it! I'm planning on making something like that and I was wondering about how big that base board is? It would be amazing if you could reply 😀

    • @RustyRailsModelling
      @RustyRailsModelling  3 года назад +1

      I always reply to my comments… Or at least try to anyway! I’m honestly not sure of the size due to the baseboard was actually found in the IKEAFreewood bin outside! If you need any help put me up on the rusty rails Facebook page as it’s a little easier to message :)

    Great video, keep them coming! Can I ask, where did you get the engine shed or is it custom made?

    • @RustyRailsModelling
      @RustyRailsModelling  3 года назад +1

      Thanks Andrew ! The engine shed is by Bachman… I forget the number but somewhere in the comments below somebody asked me the same question I think… Or it may have been my 48 hour diorama video, but in the comments I put the exact product code, I know it is a HO building rather than 00 gauge :)
