In this Video we have discussed the Protein transport from Cytosol to Mitochondrial matrix. The Proteins in Cytosol are transported into matrix in unfolded state.
Wow, this is one of the best videos explaining protein translocation to mitochondria - you've got another subscriber here! The editing of the video is so good, well-drawn diagrams, and clear explanations, really amazing work.
I was searching this topic for my seminar presentation and finally i found the best video! It's a complete pckg with detailed information and crisp n clear diagrams. Thank you so much for this wonderful piece of information! God bless you!
Thanks for the video!!! Do you know an example of a specific protein translated in the cytosol that has to undergo this process? And it what function does it participate? I cannot find any example :(
Nope, I don't think they are really the same. HSC70 stands for heat shock cognate protein. Though it is a member of the hsp70 chaperone family which are ATP-dependent, Hsc70 is constitutively expressed while hsp70 is stress-inducible.
I didn't say , they are same..... But they are from same family members and in this particular topic I have mentioned HSP 70 unfolds the structure of protein to be transported and it is actually the HsC 70 of HSP70 family whixh does so.
thanks for appreciation and your feedback..... Haan kaafi video mai aise problem hai.m Maine teez teez explain kiya hai... But now i am trying to keep it slow...✌️
thanks Yasin for appreciation.... and it is HSC 70 not HSP 70.... both are different since both have different cellular roles ( Note HSC 70 is also known as HSP73 or HSPA8)
Merci beaucoup 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Why is it that all the advanced biology videos are made by indians??
I don't know , but we have here some really tough exams for which we need to prepare from these advanced biology videos. I hope u like this
because Indian are smart? and they like research
Thx to all indians!!!
Not Indian myself but I think they like science. Also, Indians are over a billion so they can make lots of videos.
@@Rachidasister Or because Asians are genetically academically intelligent since early humans?
This is amazing. Succinct, with amazing schematic diagrams. Thank you!

Is the inter membrane also charged negatively? And the matrix positively ?
It explains better than shomu's biology..
I have watched both but clarity comes by watching this video
Thankyou sir
that is really awesome.... Glad u like my stuff
Yes he takes time and sound quality is also low
Very nice sir
Pls make subtitles for your videos!! Btw it’s great for explaining thanks!!! 🙏🏽
I will be adding subtitles to videos in my future lectures. and for this specific video i have added the subtitles.

excellent!! can you please provide notes also
I wish you teach about how protein import to mito
Very clear explanation sir ,
Thanks and welcome
a little loud, but quite informative.
Hi good video but the matrix is the innermembrane space, then there is the intramembrane space, right?
Yes.....I might have skipped that...Thanks For appreciation

HSC70... is that the same as HSP70? As this cytosolic chaperone protein is in my notes instead of HSC70.
Yeah , U can specifically mention HSC 70 bcz this HSC 70 is a member of HSP 70 proteins.
So either way it is correct.
Nope, I don't think they are really the same. HSC70 stands for heat shock cognate protein. Though it is a member of the hsp70 chaperone family which are ATP-dependent, Hsc70 is constitutively expressed while hsp70 is stress-inducible.

Hi, thanks for such an amazing and educational video, but I have a comment on the Hsc 70, actuelly, it should be hsp70, thanks in advance :)
