- This is the second part of Transport of proteins into Mitochondria.
In this video two pathway have been discussed in detail :
1. OXA 1 mediated Pathway
2. TOM 40 and TOM 70 mediated Pathway.
Both these pathways facilitates the Import of Proteins into Inner Mitochondrial Membrane.
Sir...MPP is mitochondrial processing peptidase...not matrix processing peptidase
Pinned your comment... Thanks for correcting me✌️
i'm a university student and in a few days i have a cellular biology exam... honestly speaking you explained this process better than my professor, and im finallt able to understand it, thanks!
I am really glad to know that it helps......And the words u have said for me really boosts my confidence....Thanks dear...
I saw the pheran. Omg you are a Kashur boooi. You are doing great, keep it up
shukriya boi...... salamat roziu
Such a good video, thanks again! The first part was amazing, and the second one is just as amazing!
thanks for appreciation..Glad to know that it helps ✌️
in order to be perfect you just need to explain the SAM complex and the insertion of proteins into the outer membrane...and the two forces that help the transport: ATP and electrochemical gradient
Thanks for appreciation....I will definitely add up your points...
Most simplest way to learn most complicated stuff, thank u so much sir...
thanks for appreciation.
Great job sir 👌❤❤❤
seriously , very Fascinating effort is had done in this videos , all thanks
medical student from jordan
Thanks MA for appreciation.. Really Glad to know that it helps...Keep sharing and supporting
Jordan...Glad to know that my content is circulating round the globe
Brilliant Sir...
And I've noticed one thing, Pheran!!! 😍😍😍
Yes surely....The legendary Pheran...
Sir plz tell me about the intermembrane mitochondrial protein transport process
Thnks a lot ...for such an easy explaination 👍👍👍👍
thanks for appreciation..Glad it helps....✌️
Sir plz explain about for outer membrane proteins...
May I know if this pathway also include transmembrane protein?
Thnxx alot sir
You are welcome
Didn't get the part B ... Here you are saying about the protein with Internal targeting sequence.. Is Matrix targeting sequence and internal targeting sequence same??
Thanku so much 🤩
thanks for appreciation
are there free books about protein sorting into membranes of cellular organelles?
Sir please write your notes in the description box .. 🙏 it will help us alot
Will consider that
I want to know what is the type and size of paper that you use?
And cam?
A4 , 70 GSM paper,
Canon 250D
Sir, i have a question. What does SAM do in this process? My proffesor did not explain it.
The SAM complex mediates the insertion and assembly of the β-barrel proteins in the outer membrane.
What about proteins which have a function in the outer membrane of mitochondria,
unable to understand ur question
Nice
thanks Tahir for appreciation....
sir what is difference between HSC Protein and HSP Protein?
Will u share the setup used by you will recording vedios
It is tripod stand with crane arm .
And if i shoot with mobile then i use Arkon mount for simple overhead shoots.

thanks for appreciation..Glad to know that it helps ✌️
excuse me sir please make a video mitochondrial replication
