Lol I use to live in Salem Massachusetts and worked for an Ambulance company that had an office in Revere . That was back in the early 80s . I've driven in this town and Malden and Chelsea and Lynn . Although? I'm a native New Yorker born in the Bronx . I live in the Southwest region of the country now and have been for a few decades . Anyway thanks for sharing and bringing back some really great memories of that era and time I lived in the Commonwealth. I don't think there's too many bad places there in the Boston area to live. Both N.Y.C. and Boston areas have some really beautiful areas . Medford is to me personally a little like Westchester county going out on the Hudson way out of N.Y.C. Yorktown Heights and going towards Terry town Salute

Didn't happen to be on this drive but I'll be sure to add it to the next one in Medford. Planning to upgrade the camera quality too so I'll capture it even better next time.

Do they have a 4th of July parade in Medford?

New England looks pretty similar to the southern counties of England, UK.

I've never been but I sure do believe there was a lot of inspiration taken when building these homes a couple hundred years ago.

@@asknavarro Medford, which is a suburb of Boston was founded as an English Settlement in the 17th century. It was founded by a guy from London by the name of Matthew Craddock. He never actually visited but he had some people come down from Salem, Mass. to start the settlement of Medford or ford of meadow along the Mystic River. This community was once a ship building community up until the 19th century. They built clipper ships for all over the word. This is also the setting where Jingle Bels was written in the 19th century by James Pierpont. They were also known a place for manufacturing of Rum.

I'm a Malden native but not a history buff! I had heard about the clipper ships, but jungle bells was a new one - love it!
