We’ve owned an EQS 580 with hyperscreen & rear wheel steering for 2 yrs and love it. The jelly bean shape is fine for us. Range is fabulous as we often get 400 or more. Massaging seats, fragranced air, heads up display, and 200 kW charging suits us very nicely. Lane changing on highways works better than standard autopilot on our model S. We can leave the AC for about 15 minutes when popping into a store. MB phone app is full-featured.
Good review. I’m not sure I particularly like the semi fish eye camera view. I had a hard time figuring out just what the interior looked like for about 1/2 the video. But that may be just me. :)
That car doesn’t look 18” longer than the Mach-e. That’s way too big for me, but this car does have a lot of interesting features, especially the software. Thanks for a comprehensive look at a car I didn’t really know anything about.
Just finished watching the entire video. I didn’t really expect to watch the whole thing, but totally enjoyed the comfy virtual ride with my breakfast. You guys do such a great job on the prep - all the facts and figures at your fingertips, but presented with a relaxed laid back vibe that’s easy to digest. After watching your video I can almost imagine purchasing one of these “M-name” cars. Now I’m off on a short road trip - to north county, in fact. Merry Christmas 🎄
Mercedes owners will opt for this when transitioning to electric, simply out of "brand loyalty." It is a beautiful car, but well beyond most consumers' budgets.

You mic clarity in that car was mega, quite impressive sound isolation.
It's a combo of the DJI Mic plus the Voice Isolation feature in Davinci Resolve.

Speaking of new mic I love noxgear 39g which is a great Bluetooth mic and media player as well!
