One of the most immediate things that happened in the wake of the TV Movie in 1996 was a section of the fandom online who started identifying themselves as "The Paul McGann Estrogen Brigade". No prizes for guessing what all that was about. While some of the previous Doctor's might have been 'fanciable', it wasn't something anyone really talked about. P McG made fancying the Doctor acceptable. And we all know how the 2005-onwards series took that and ran with it.
Oh my! 😂 I just googled that and wow, fans can definitely be weird haha and very true his Doctor definitely helped a lot of the modern doctors become more romantic, I love how it’s pointed out in the 50th anniversary haha
I met Paul McGann last year at Newcastle comic-con and got my pic with him and you’ll be glad to hear he was absolutely lovely and attentive with his fans
That is great news to be honest, I love McGanns version of the Doctor and would make a video based on his big finish adventures but I know no one would watch haha
I love how some how u switched both dimensions in time and down time with each other as when u talking about dimensions in time I was scratching my head as to why u weren’t showing footage from and how when u were talking about down time in its place I was scratching my head as to why u were saying it has great character development and u consider it canon
I did think about covering it and the last 3 stranger movies but apart from the actors involved it was sadly too different to the show for me to put it in, not a bad film though which I was surprised at
True but Dicks was the script editor at the time so did have a hand in their creation, and since Holmes had sadly passed away by the time Dicks would get the Sontarans more than most
best doctor, 8th is just my everything
His audios are so good, I hope they get animated one day

@@AnIdiotBox1963as I’ve never been able to afford the Big Finish audiobooks, I’d watch reviews/rundowns/plot explanations regarding them lol
Definitely noted and I’d highly recommend giving them a listen, his first full season is free on Spotify, it’s how I first heard it :)
Awesome vid
Thank you :)

Yeah sorry about that haha, I somehow never noticed before uploading
You talk about Dimensions In Time over Downtime clips and vice versa
Yeah sorry was an editing error I somehow missed
There's The Airzone Solution too which while isn't directly Doctor Who it has 4 Doctors in it.
I did think about covering it and the last 3 stranger movies but apart from the actors involved it was sadly too different to the show for me to put it in, not a bad film though which I was surprised at
@@AnIdiotBox1963 yeah more of an eco political thriller. With a push more sci fi could have fitted into 3rd Doctor territory, but it was decent.
Pretty decent video going over the wilderness years, but Robert Holmes made the Sontarans not Terrance Dicks.

i guess Downtime and Dimensions both start with D
Yeah sorry about that I got them confused in the edit haha
Are you aware the audio segments for Downtime and Dimensions in Time are transposed?
I was not, but thank you for letting me know I’ll try and fix it with RUclips’s editor tomorrow, and manually fix it when I do the giant video
@@AnIdiotBox1963giant video?
@@timecontroller8800 You'll see haha
Your talking about dimensions in time but showing downtime…what the???
Was an editing error, sorry about that haha
Why do you talk about "dimensions in time" while showing "Downtime" -??????
Was an editing error I do apologise
@@AnIdiotBox1963 Dimensions in Time, will do that to one 🙃
