As the tail end of the storms moved across the Atlanta metro Wednesday night, positive lightning bolts were almost continuous for a good amount of time. Motorists were having to use caution as well due to torrential rainfall.

Pretty nasty in Wilkes county GA yesterday, and into the early hours of this morning. Kept waiting to hear the sirens go off 😁

I live just south of Stockbridge and it got it pretty nasty here about 5 yesterday and then again last night. I'm glad it's over with for now and south GA got hit hard by some big tornadoes

I live south of Atlanta. At midnight. I got woken up scared by a loud bang sound of lighting bolt ⚡

@@vee8099 I live in the woos so there's only so much sky I could see.
I love a good thunderstorm, but yesterday I was terrified. I can laugh now, about in tears yesterday and last night.
Some stuff blew around, but it was mostly rain, lighting and thunder. Also a little hail. Glad everyone's ok. 💚
