Bands of strong to severe storms began forming across parts of Georgia Sunday afternoon. Some storms became severe. Roadway ponding on the interstates caught some motorists off-guard. Multiple accidents occurred as well.
SENDING UP PRAYER FOR EVERYONE IN THE PATH OF THE STORMS , FOR SAFETY !!!
Never good when Brett Adair is showing footage from areas on the interstate a few miles down the road from me
🙏🏼
I sure don’t miss Atlanta traffic. I lived there in 90s and it never rained starting in June. Be a drought for 4 months ( if a hurricane did not happen in FL). Hurricane Andrew was only time we had rain that summer. Weather sure has changed.
Same here. I lived there for 7 long, Miserable years. You couldn't pay me to move back!
@@kattmilk I avoided driving in Atlanta. I had stick shift and 5 mph interstate traffic was horrible. I lived in Conyers and it would take 2 hrs to go to Atlanta. If it was late at night say 2 AM it would take 20 mins to get home. That was in early 90s. Moved back to Kentucky in 95. Missed the mountains. I was in Atlanta 6 years. It was 105 degrees all summer. 95 at night.
There's no snow skiing in Atlanta GA, so they drive fast in pouring rain instead.
That's everywhere. I don't even like to drive in the rain because there will be idiots flying and/or driving a silver color vehicle with no lights on.
Why they call it Hotlanta. 105 degrees all summer
