    I can completely recommend the TRX / resistance bands programs from Adam!
    I've just completed the 8 week Muscle Builder Program and found it to be excellent!
    So many benefits to be had from the program, not just a bigger/stronger physique!

    Can you please create a playlist for all of your TRX workouts? You have a bodyweight HIIT playlist and a resistance band playlist but I did not see one for TRX workouts. It would make finding these a little easier.

      Hey there, I listen to Spanish lessons or Andrea Bocelli. They help me get in the mind muscle connection zone. Anything else I find take my focus away form the muscle.
