40 Years. Ferrari's Most Iconic Supercar

- The 40th anniversary took place yesterday, October 2nd 1984 when the world was first introduced to this iconic masterpiece from Maranello, the Ferrari Testarossa. Paris was the town, and smack dab in the middle of Champs-Élysées was the exact place of its first unveiling. The perfect publicity stunt. I remember the Road & Track images of it well.
Of course it had another major unveiling and arguably the most impactful on October 3, 1986
during the second episode of the third season,
"Stone's War" on my favourite TV show, Miami Vice.
That's when the world truly became aware of how amazing this car was and will always be almost 40 years later. Automotive history at its best!
