    Broccoli Salad
    Salad Ingredients:
    1 - 12 oz pre packaged broccoli florets or 1 large head of broccoli
    ½ cup dice red onion
    ½ cup dried cranberries
    ½ cup pecans
    8 slices bacon
    Dressing Ingredients:
    ½ cup mayonnaise
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    2 tsp sugar
    ¼ tsp salt
    ¼ tsp pepper
    Instructions:
    *Slice the broccoli florets into small bite-sized pieces.
    *Dice red onion
    *Slice bacon into pieces
    *Cook and brown bacon into a skillet.
    *Remove the bacon and transfer it to a paper towel-lined plate to dry and cool.
    *In a small bowl, add mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper.
    *Stir together.
    *Combine sliced broccoli, dried cranberries, diced onion, pecans and bacon.
    *Pour the dressing on top of the broccoli salad.
    *Toss to combine and serve!
    Notes:
    *You can adjust the sugar, salt and pepper according to your taste.
    *If you can’t find pre packaged of broccoli, you can use 1 large head of broccoli.
