I like the broccoli salad. I made that kind of salad long time ago but the ingredients maybe different? I used cold slaw dressing. I used celery, raisins, red onions, bacon and nuts to mixed all together. Its very good salad!

Amish broccoli salad is also very, very good. Broccoli, cauliflower, bacon (chopped), and grated cheese. Dressing is equal amts of mayo and sour cream, then sugar and salt to taste, at least 2x more sugar than salt approx. I add the sugar, then just add salt until I get the taste I want. (Remember you have salty bacon in the salad as well.)

My family loves this broccoli salad, though we don't use onions, and we use bottled poppy seed dressing on it. So Yum and fresh! I've taken it to potlucks and everyone loves it!

I made this salad today. It was incredibly delicious and went very well with my main dish. So funny though, I thought I had to buy a bottle of "Green Goddess" dressing and did. Then today, as I was working on the recipe I was a tad confused. However, THIS is much better than the Green Goddess dressing. What flavors! Mmmm. Thanks for sharing. I'd use greek yoghurt and vegan mayo ( cant eat eggs) helmans do good one, cant tell the difference. I think id prefer to cook the broccoli but the recipe is outstanding. Like another viewer red onion would be delicious as well. My mouth is watering and its 11pm. Im in England so the local supermarkets are closed but definately trying this tomorrow.
