I thought you had to put window tape over the top nail flange and under the house wrap, and then again over the side and top to make the seal.

Congrats you now have trapped any condensation with the top piece of tape , membrane should be under Tvek , membrane to sheathing/window flange sides are cut back for membrane to come in contact with Tyvek , sheathing and window flange

What's the point of cutting the paper on 45 degrees above top nailing flange if you're not going to put house wrap tape over the flange and on the osb? Also failed to put strips over the top 45s

I don't understand why you didn't tape the sides in the top and then flip the tyvek over-the-top of that?

The Tyvek, on TOP of the window goes over the tape… butel tape on first sticking to the sheathing, then the tyvek, then tyvek tape…
You have to “Shingle” it

These windows are going to breeeeeathe at the top, house wrap drapes over flashing flashing tape. You might as well have not used tape on the top because none of it is sticking to the flange lmao.
