My guy you are not solving the real issue The problem is that the start up repair doesn't want to work for some reason. If it boots up i still have the same issue you aren't solving anything

I almost 16 hours in three days watching and following several videos but none of them helped. I decided to format the disk because I did not have important documents in Windows 10 Pro. Then I installed Windows 7 Pro. It is so much faster to start up Windows than horrible W 10.
non of that worked. It will not let come up in safe mode. As soon as i select that it goes back to automatically checking pc. May screen is different too, It is blue.

You can use an installation media or bootable usb with the windows iso to repair the OS.

my PC doesn't recongise bootrec or any of the fixes you suggest. I cannot get to advanced options to fix start up probs either

2 months late, but this usually doesn't has a easy fix, when doesn't work you gotta reinstall the entire OS.
Helped me out back into windows life saver but first you need to set your disk up in diskpart and make sure c is your boot drive for it to work
