Those earrings for a macrame wall hanging are SO cool. I love finding things to use for my dollhouses that aren't meant to be dollhouse items. Jewelry findings and charms are one of my favorite things.

They're vinyl and embossed, works great for ceilings! It saved a lot of money! It's very forgivening, which I need! 😆! They look like satin. I found them on Walmart. I hope this helps others?
The macrame earrings could easily be made into a cute santa. Two black eyes, small mouth and nose and trim up the "beard " a bit. Perhaps it could be possible to comb it out a bit. The triangle wire ? his hat. Glue christmas fabric to the tringle add trim. ...DA DA ! ...Might be cute....🧑🎄
I got the retro stove, the hoosier cabinet amd i think the hall tree? Plus some 3d printed frames and the radio kit. Ill be assembling them good or bad on this channel so keep watching. Lol. Although id like to get some more renovation work done first to the actual house before i start building the kits. I love her channel she is so inspiring!!!!

Hit office max or office depot for bulk wood coffee stir sticks! Great price and can be used for flooring, wood trim , you name it. Also Tongue depressors are the perfect width for bookshelves.
Yes i have a big bag of coffee stirrers i think i got on Amazon 2 years ago. Also match sticks and popsicle sticks. I have not picked up tongue depressors yet but i have alot of Balsa and basswood too.

Not sure if they still publish it now, but there were ads to subscribe to monthly kit, you would be sent a new kit to build some miniature each month. I think they were from a company called Chrysnbon? Sometimes you can see people building them. The magazine went full size later but my husband wouldn't let me get a subscription to the magazine even. Not sure why I even asked for permission, he never asked for mine. I'm sure there must be other miniature magazines out now

You could mix it up, maybe, do shorter ones and once in a while do a long one? I don't know, but you have to figure out what you think is best. Give it some time, I guess- I guess time will tell.
Hello! I made my doll house and filled it with bought items too that I stained/painted. On your old fashioned ice box for the kitchen, I found buttons at Joane's that look like ice cubes and since the ice box used ice in the day, I put the "ice cubes" inside for some realization.
I havent decided for sure if im using it in this house yet. While i did want to do a more "Older" kitchen i think i want a fridge maybe from the 40s or 50s. The ice is a good idea. My husbands family owned an Ice Company for 3 generations and they had the old ice thong type things they used to use way back in i guess it qas the early 1900s? Id have to check my history on what years. Lol Thanks for watching.
I collected quite a few miniature frames by shopping the frame section of my local thrift store. These are mostly metal frames designed for wallet-size portraits, but are a great scale for dollhouse wall art. But can someone help me identify some dollhouse furniture (I don't know how/where to make a picture available). But it's in a boxed set (black bottom with clear top) with 8 pieces wired onto the cardboard backing (4 carver chairs, a hutch with upper cabinets, an oval table that's too small to be a dining table but too big to be a coffee table-maybe a console?, and another piece that maybe it's a wooden kitchen stove? or maybe a vanity?-has two holes on the top that maybe support little sinks? anyway, this set is orange oak-like stain and has a tag on back that it was sold from Ross's (and made in China), but no other identifying retail info. I tried all sorts of search terms and image searches on google, but didn't find anything resembling it.
Try sone of the facebook groups. There are alot of great groups where you can post pics and ask if anyone knows about it. I did that with my house and someone identified it and told me about the plans book.
Hope you don't mind but I comment as I watch or I'd forget what I wanted to say due to a TIA which is a bummer lol but I think it also helps your channel 🎉

Keep forgetting that most of this dollhouse stuff are considered TOYS. Not to scale, not good construction. Tired of cardboard, popsicle sticks and foam board. You don't realize you can get scale lumber for less money.
Yes! Sometimes ill look at something like a nice secretary desk i have that looks like it maybe bigger than a queen sized bed in 1/12 scale would be. Im trying to keep everything balanced and in Scale the very best i can. Cause having one little thing out of scale will make things look off. Thanks for watching. Hope you stick around for more

Its Hard to do Haul Videos from several places. I know you want to keep it in one place but maybe doing 2 or 3 places and making it a shorter video but honestly i watched the whole thing while waiting for an appt.
Yes i was thinking of that too but for this side of the dollhouse i thought i would just buy some. The other side in case you havent seen is a completely other front of a house. Who ever built it originally used plans for a colonial on one side and the Victorian farmhouse front for the other so i plan on doing different windows and doors on the other side.

I've got the shelving for my shop/house combi and I put pretty paper on the bottom and painted it to put purses 👛 shoes ,👞 and perfumes on x

The bamboo is great for skirting boards or floors I just sanded it slightly when it was glued on card then slid it into the house 🏠 😉

The little bed from Dollar tree i used as a toddler bed. I made new bedding for it.
I was thinking about using it for a dog bed in the bedroom.

The item on the cutting board with the crackers is cheese. Cheese and crackers. It is the same as cheese sold coated in red wax, as gouda is.
I would use the stone mold with pourable plaster not clay.
Like a plaster of Paris kinda thing?
