    Hello
I love watching your videos. Your explanations are very clear and your humility and humour are so refreshing. It's like spending time with a friend. Thank you 😊

I just love your leaf painting demo, the colors and arrangement. Turned out beautifully!

Thanks for sharing this informational review with us. I love 💕 painting in smaller sizes & details but this set of brushes still looks like it’s too small for my preference too. I agree with you that it needs a rigger/liner brush. I would have to keep the fan brush for my grasses/fur because of my arthritis or like you it would not be needed. Thanks for the great review again.

That set would be useless for me with too many small brushes. I agree with what you would replace them with and I would also include a Filbert. I also get frustrated by the lack of consistency in brush sizes among different brands.

I think it’s impossible to have the perfect set 😳

I just purchased Etchr gouache brushes. I have similar complaints to yours. I need a larger flat! I did complain. I also don’t care for the chalky white handles, which stained. Not a happy painter. But Etchr customer service was very polite and accommodating. Etchr really needs to rethink their brush sets.

I would assume the end bit of the case is to pad the brushes which is why it isn't an extra pocket. You could always change out a couple of the brushes, it would be impossible to make a set perfect for every person. I actually love a nice fan brush, but would have liked a dagger as well...nice review to watch.

yes, there is no such thing as a magic brush or a perfect set. I think this will suit some, but not me.

I learn so much from you in every video - I didn't know that brushes were dipped in a solution of gum arabic for shipping!
Is there no way you can unpick the stitching on that end pocket? Such a shame to waste it, as you say.

Definitely don't *need*! any more brushes, but always appreciate your reviews, thank you :) What paints were you using? Gorgeous colours! :)

I went back to look at the colours and I’m sorry I have no idea! They were left over in a palette. It looks to me like mixes of phthalo blue and burnt Sienna.

I really don’t have a favourite brand. I use Jackson’s Studio synthetics and their quill brushes for workshops. They withstand a lot of hard wear and tear

Good review. But sadly not a very useful set or good value for most when compared to other alternatives to me too. I shan't be tempted. Thanks for this.
