Speaking nothing but truth regarding motivation. The only way to stay motivated is to keep doing it! I've noticed a humongous change in every department of my life since I made working out a high priority. I remember going on a year break due to lack of motivation in 2012, and I saw so many other departments in my life start to drop off as well, including my relationship. That was a year of laziness for me, and now I highly regret taking that much time off because I know I could be so much further than where I am now. Thank God for real motivation! To attain it is to keep doing it until you find it again.
Just wanted to say I'm a huge fan of yours Steve, you're basically my Arnold! You got me into the gym with your Big Man on Campus workout about 2 years ago and I've been off and on since then. Every time I watch your videos it pumps me up to get back in there and I've been pretty consistent since getting over a wrist injury from April. Trying out a strength trainer now to get my numbers up but my main goal is to get rid of this little inner tube I have around my waist! Haha keep up the hard work man and keep the positive vibes for everyone! Much love brother!

Thanks for the motivation talk. That was a good example which I'm going through at the moment. Not going to the gym triggers another stupid decision like not eating healthy then you feel like shit and the ball keeps rolling! 🙄
My Commander challenged me the other day saying I couldn't do 400 push ups in an hour. Obviously I accepted the challenge and I completed the 400 in 40 minutes. My motivation? Steve Cook. When I get tired I just think, "would Steve give up." Heck no he wouldn't! You're an inspiration to so many people man. Don't ever change!

Question. I am still relatively new to lifting, only been going consistently and dedicated for a couple months now, but is this type of workout with the amount of reps and everything doable for the average person? Or is this more possible because Steve is so strong/potentially juicing? Not sure what is really possible naturally so just trying to learn more about it. I have made good progress, but still have a long long way to go.

My upper chest is shit, I started doing push-ups and just incline benches. Hopefully it will improve.
if you do pulling exercises you still doing internal rotation, look the anatomy of the lats, one of the funtions is internal rotation of the shoulder
one exception is the face pulls, if you do it right, you are pulling with external rotation

We call those chestbusters. Can do them with a plate, dumbbell, or barbell. Also can do any angle to isolate a specific area of the inner chest.
