Only two shell sizes is really poor for such a premium helmet, even the Scorpion Adf9000 comes in three shell sizes. The transitions visor is cool, I wish Arai would make one.
@@Championhelmets unfortunately I noticed they were not available for the USA where I am located. I’ve been buying all my items from you all have the best prices and customer service . As a content creator myself I appreciate you all in doing this reviews
@@Championhelmets No, and I don’t consider to buy any klim helmets in the future. I had an accident and cracked the klim, although the accident was minor and on sand ( not hard ground) , it was completely damaged, so I don't think it's seriously safe. It’s two shell size so they put a very thick liner in the helmet that makes it so comfortable to ware BUT this will makes it unsafe when accident happen.
@@buyaqub Ok, you said Klim is better than Arai, only in "Comfort" ! Did you mean "Padding" or "Weight"? And did you suffer considerably, the weight difference, between the lighter Klim & the heavier Arai, specially on long rides?! Thanks bro for sharing your experience 🙏
@@7arkhwf No , i didn’t suffer from the weight difference, but my friend who install a camera in the helmet told me it made a big difference , he always prefer to uses klim for the long trips with camera But again Arai is so much quality and safe and hopefully will protect you by far from serious injury than klim, trust me.
First time i rode with a Krios pro i thought "damn, this things cold and drafty" as it was late autumn here. Found the top vent and closed it. Man what a difference, these things flow some air around the head. 😂
I used to have Klim Krios Pro, now wearing Arai x5 Arai wins in everything except the weight and transition visor Klim quality is poor and only has two shell sizes
I tried out both helmets today.. I have a Shoei Large head, Krios Pro is L and the Tour X5 is XL. The Krios Pro is surprisingly light. But you know what? The Krios Pro is big as hell. I'm just surprised.
The lightweight Krios pro and transition helmet is a game changer. Been using it for 2 months now. You will never go back to another helmet
The Klim has 2 visors included in the box, one of them automatically darkens when exposed to bright (sun)light
Correct, the transition visor. Which helmet do you like more?

I have had two Krios Pro, always the same problem... water comes in through the visor
Thank you fpr sharing your experience.
I have the Krios Pro and have never had water intrusion through the visor
@KinglyKitten I will try with another Krios!! I think it's just bad luck!
@@SteoooDHtry adjusting the visor, mines never leaked since I adjusted it, and it now has distinct notes that hold it partially open.

Because Klim only has two shell size. Meaning XXL, XL and L all using same shell with different liner pad thickness
