I’m 156cm and weigh 59kg and I burned 184 cals for reference. I didn't expect to burn 400 cals because we all have different bodies. I just feel proud of myself for finishing this workout and feel good. I just hope I can do it more smoothly so I can burn more next time!

Putting balancing at the end of the workout was such a trick! What a fun challenge without jumping!

I'm a 37 yr old mother of 2 it's hard to find the right workout. I loved this workout super challenging w/o killing my joints or making me feel old. It took a sec for my brain to catch up to some of the movements but that's awesome bc it kept it interesting Thanks!

Whoa. Power up. This was a bit above my body's current state but I managed to do adaptations of the moves that weren't right for me. And it still rocks. I'm dripping with sweat. Heart rate sufficiently challenged for health and fitness. A solid, challenging workout. But not for me again. I need all standing workouts. I failed to read the description closely enough. That's on me.

This was fantastic! Went a little too hard with my workouts recently and my feet were not happy with it. This workout balanced challenge and enjoyment perfectly without adding stress that jumping does to my feet. Definitely going to try your other stuff!

Just finished great workout but definitely not 400 calories. That's what lured me in. I did 275 calories and that's having to pause longer later in breaks as it's a really humid day.

Such a lovely workout during the period term. Also suitable for my knees, they kill me because of the injury. I felt like in heaven. Weird! I always feel exhausted after the workout session but now I feel peaceful and sleepy.
