    What is the size of the screwdriver for the pcb screws and the ones that hold the mouse clicks? I started to open it but I could only remove the first 4 that are under the sliders and the others were smaller and I want to know the size to buy a screwdriver. Thank you

    • @damuho79
      @damuho79  4 года назад

      Not sure about the size. I used the screwdriver that's included on my vape atomizer kit. Maybe purchase a 6 pieces precision screwdriver set, looks like the medium one will fit.

    what if i just switch the left microswitch with the right one?

  • @bdd4228
    @bdd4228 4 года назад +4

    I've recently replaced the switches in my g903 with some Japanese OMRON D2F 01F's. Sadly I still get some double clicks but a lot less frequent thanwhat I was getting with the old switches. Btw I did make sure that the switches were in fact genuine. I just blow under the left and right clicks and the problem stops but only for a short period of time. I don't get double clicking when I use the mouse wired. Does anyone know the explanation to this issue?

    • @quietonegaming9160
      @quietonegaming9160 4 года назад +4

      Omron is known to have that common problem with double clicking. Mouse enthusiasts recommends Kailh Red Switches.

      Hey man, you can actually repair the core issue of the problem very easily.
      I did it thrice throughout the years on my roccat mouse, and I just fixed my g305 LMB double click, took me under 15 minutes with the disassembly.
      You can follow this video, though, it's just a matter of opening the switch, bending the bent part of the little brass thing a little bit more, and that's it.
      ruclips.net/video/eDoXMJyimDU/видео.html
      Hope this helps, if the cleaning didn't work, you can give this a try, although I don't know about why it works for you when using it wired.
