    So as requested by a lot y’all, I finally went ahead and tried the Versatile Vicky 900 calorie lose 10 kgs in 10 days diet plan! I have recorded My entire experience in this video. Hope you guys like it.

    Bruhh...I legit followed this egg diet along with 30 minutes HIIT CARDIO....and also had the versatile Vicky cumin water in the morning on an empty stomach....worked like a charm. Lost 28 lbs in 15 days...that's like 14 kgs in 15 days

    I have been doing this for 7 days now and I lost 4 pounds but yesterday and today I did not lose anything. I exercise a lot and I am trying to drink a lot of water. I follow step by step but am I doing something wrong?

      Everybody’s body reacts differently. Don’t compare your results. Be consistent and patient. You’ll see great results soon ☺️

    And yeah I did it I got sick I had to go to the doctor and had to take the the blood test and I find out that my cholesterol get high don't try it you guys it not healthy keep safe

      Do NOT do this diet if you have cholesterol. It is safe, just not for you.

      No. I followed the exact diet plan. 2 meals of eggs and 1 meal of oatmeal. I just didn’t record everything!

      Hey, I would recommend you go and watch the original creator’s video, I have linked it in my description box. I had eggs for breakfast and lunch, and oats for dinner, just exactly as mentioned in the originals creator’s video.

      Hi, The diet is already very low calorie. I wouldn’t suggest you skip out on anything, otherwise you might experience a lot of difficulty

    Hello
    By doing this diet we loose fat or muscle a little confused about it .
    Secondly after switching to normal home diet is there any chance that we gain the weight again ?

      What you lose is a little difficult to determine. To gain or retain muscle, you need to feed your body a lot of protein and do some strength training. This particular diet will just help you get a kick start by making you lose excess water weight and maybe some fat and muscle after that when you continue it for some time!

      You should try and drink a minimum of atleast around 3 litres. If you can comfortable drink more, that would be great, if not, atleast try for 2.5

    I will start this tomorrow! I currently trying to lose at least 10kg.
    I will do this for 2 weeks and see if I can lose something.
    I already did the egg diet some months ago but I didn’t lose anything, I think it’s because I also was doing some workouts and I gained muscles weight.
    This time I won’t do workout and see if it works.

      @@Drammu14 sooo the first days I started I didn’t have school bcs of holidays so I used to wake up late so I just did breakfast then I waited till 3/4/5 and ate lunch/dinner and I ate two eggs, sometimes I added a smaaalll portion of mais and salad. Now that I have school and I wake up early I eat cereals for breakfast (not sugary or chocolate but muesli) and then at 3 I eat eggs then snacks I eat apple or nuts then dinner I eat two eggs again. That’s ittt. Its not even that hard, I though it was going to be hard but once u focus on ur goal it’s not that hard and also drink a lot of water and not Coca Cola or other stuff

      @@sumih777 I started yesterday and I ate 1 egg morning 1 orange 🍊 afternoon and now at 5 pm I ate green gram boiled 1 cup and night am planning to eat orange juice.....will I lose with this diet?

    hi shiuli! loved the video, however i do have a question. did you notice a difference in belly fat? like did you lose any inches around the waist? i want to lose belly fat and was wondering if i should exercise to see results on the egg diet or not

      Hi, I did this diet for a very short span of time to actually notice any difference in fat loss around my belly.
      But if you’re looking to lose belly fat, I would suggest that you consistently workout atleast 4-5 times a week and follow a.m good low calorie high protein diet. I’m sure you’ll see results soon

    Even I tried this diet but on the 3rd day I gave up as eggs 🥚 not again but it’s effective and will start again from tmrw .... I will get back to u dear and thank u for sharing ur experience. God bless u my dear 😊

    Is it good to have 6eggs per day...like some suggest not to have more eggs...i have google it nd it was like we can have only 3whole eggs per day...is it safe to our health by consuming 6eggs daily??? please clear my confusion...i am searching for the best diet plan for losing weight and i found this egg diet plan interesting and more over i feel like i can do this diet plan....but the fear i am having...is it good to have 6eggs per day for continuously??Please do reply🤗

      Hi, having too many eggs isn’t bad for you. They’re actually pretty good for you because of having good cholesterol and extremely high lean protein in them.
      Eating too many yolks are definitely bad for you, but in this particular diet plan, if done for a short period of time, wouldn’t have any adverse effects because the overall calories are quite low in this diet and also you’re not eating anything else as fat source during this, so you’re good to go!
      Don’t do this diet for too long though. All the best!

      I’d suggest you ask the original creator of the video whatever questions you have. But you should stick to the diet as it is because it’s formulated the way it is for a reason.
      And low fat milk and oats don’t have the same nutrition value, so in my opinion those 2 aren’t interchangeable

      You face loose skin when you don’t eat enough protein in your diet and when you don’t build muscle.
      So eat a high protein diet and do strength training in the gym for atleast 2-3 days a week, you’ll never experience loose skin

    I start vv egg diet from 1st day my w8 is 76 n from 2nd day it was 75 n 3rd day same 75 n day 4 also 75 I do 2 hrs walk and 1 hr workout but my w8 on same position 😔

      Make sure you’re doing the diet exactly as it is. Don’t make any changes. Also try and consume 2-4 glasses of green tea all throughout the day. Be patient, you’ll definitely see results ☺️

      Hey, you should do it for 5-7 days, then give it a rest for about a week and then do it for another 5-7 days. Once you lose about 7-10 kgs, you should stop this and move onto a healthier eating pattern to maintain your weight or lose further

      I did this for a very short span of time to actually lose any inches. But if you combine a good workout with any low caloric high protein diet, you’ll definitely lose inches quickly!

      Salt would never make any difference. You must have not followed the diet her way it is supposed to be followed.

      When you stop this diet just don’t go back to eating junk. Eat in a calorie deficit and workout atleast 3-4 days a week.
      Salt and pepper don’t have any calories to make a huge difference

      Your weight stopped reducing because your calories were high. Reduce your calories intake or increase the number of calories burnt, you will lose weight automatically

      Calories are too low for you. If head Ache doesn’t stop after 2-3 days, stop the diet

      I ate more calories than I burned and thus I gained weight. If you eat fewer calories and keep working out, you will maintain all the weight that you’ve lost

      Nope, who says that? That’s absolutely wrong. You need a cheat meal to stay motivated mentally. If you go on without having a cheat meal, you’ll go crazy and stop dieting after a few days and binge eat and completely ruin your progress. Just focus on having 1-2 cheats meals and not an entire day of eating junk. No progress will get ruined

    You unfortunately did this diet absolutely wrong sweetheart, boiled eggs are important never fry or scramble the eggs also apples are essential! I can understand the lockdown had worsen this down , banana never helps losing weight in this diet but still you lost pounds I'm so motivated lol

      Hi,
      If you read the basic sciences involving weight loss, you’ll realise that no individual food source can help you gain or lose weight. It’s at the end the total calories that you consume that determines weight gain or loss. This is a 900 calorie diet plan, I tried and kept my calories equivalent to the original diet by making minor tweaks here and there. Banana isn’t the enemy, calories are. That was the reason I still did lose weight :)

      @@shiulipaul5723 I can completely understand but the diet has been designed to be only on a perfect nutrients a food indulges which other food can't give , even chocolate can have the same amount of calories as much as a banana has , so it's not the calories it's the nutrients ! Because I lost 5 kgs in 5 days when i followed her egg diet and also went through the video she published about her egg diet and why exactly we are supposed to be eating only boiled eggs and apples ! I think you must check her q n a video on the egg diet , it'll give us all the answers

      The egg diet is already pretty low in calories. I wouldn’t recommend that you do intermittent fasting with this. You could do the egg diet for 10-15 days and then after that switch to a different diet along with intermittent fasting!

      actually I want to get good result so... iam having 4eggs and oatmeal apples 2 and keera for snaking my weight is 400gms reduced along with intermittent fasting iam doing

      Please follow the diet as it is. Don’t make any changes according to you. This diet is already extremely low in calories. If you reduce any other amount, your body will resist losing weight. There’s a reason the diet has been designed in a certain way. You won’t get better results if you eat lesser or do intermittent fasting. Just follow the diet as it is for a week and you’ll lose more than 5 kgs

      Hahahahaha great of you to notice. But I’ll share one secret with you. It’s been over 2 months since I uploaded this video, I still have the same nail polish on 🤣 and the other thing is, how can I change my weight while standing on the scale? And it’s pretty obvious I won’t change my nail polish in 5 days too.
