Exhaling through the mouth or the nose?
It doesn’t matter much, but for this one I think through the nose.
In through the nose then out through the mouth I’d think 🤷♀️

It's amazing how the Indians invented a breathing technique, and others just copied or reinvented it.
Yeah bcoz Indians never had the foresight to patent so many techniques n innovations

Can you imagine how, if you could even legally do that, incredibly counterintuitive that would be in that culture to try to prevent others from using "their" technique? How you even thought to type that response out is so crazy to me.
