I feel as though the most interesting thing about this is EA’s complete disregard for their previous comment that they don’t think that many people want to play their games on a switch.
Edit: they said it August last year, and they released fifa because they always get sales.

@@pulseweld There is a ton of original games. Just happens that there are a lot of ports too. PS4 and Xbone get ports from last gen all the time as well.
Pixel_Geist having ports gives people drive to buy a Nintendo switch. Sure new content is good but games such as burnout paradise and gta5 (which many people want on switch) mean that people can have the switch as their main console. Also portability is a major factor. I’d love to see new games, but porting old ones makes people happy too.

@@PeircePierce honestly this is as good as it gets. This is one of the best arcade style racing games you will find on the switch. As it has high quality triple a graphics and gameplay that the Creator's of the burnout series have been always known for in the past with the help of ea.

I only buy EA's racing games. I can't stand the other games they have. This is also reason why I don't play Rockstar games unless it's the Midnight Club series.

To be fair, that’s just the switch tax, every company does this, it’s not just ea being ea
@@joes2133 I understand if they were to charge $40 as that's what Remastered cost when it was brought to PS4 and Xbox One. In addition to that the other consoles versions are now down to $20 and I doubt this is anything more than the 360 version with DLC included.
Where does it say $50? People keep saying that but I can't find a source listing that price anywhere.

I used to play this at my friend's house on his PS3 for hours on end, I can't wait to hop back in it again. It's just such a good game to just mess around in and see what kinda crazy stunts you can pull off and carnage you can cause
the only game announcement i really cared about during the mini direct!!! the switch needs more AAA realistic car games -- and i'm hoping for Blur and Split/Second down the line as well :D

I absolutely loved this game when I first saw it 4 years ago and now that I hear it's remastered on the switch I'm going to get that game when it comes out.

No really cuz since it's basically a mobile handheld machine is missing important mobile game like there's so many amazing mobile games that are out on mobile but I would love to play them on my switch because some of them actually have controller support and I know they put on asphalt but like the game's not even at least I should have put on Real Racing like they need to put more mobile games on this which I don't mind playing with my mobile games on my phone if I would like to actually have it on the switch so I don't need to the college I'm tired of hooking my controller to my phone to play games like and when is Rockstar going to be monster GTA San Andreas again I'm put it on Nintendo switch. I think any developer deserves credit when they make (or publish) a good game. EA rightfully gets hate when they release a half baked game that’s riddled with micro transactions, but most level headed people give them credit when they publish great games like Jedi Fallen Order and Burnout Paradise. They aren’t above reproach, but they aren’t beneath praise either. As gamers we need to encourage good, consumer friendly game design and discourage lazy cash grabs!
