    Nathan Sermeno, DC, DACBSP is a faculty member at SCU and practices in his own clinic. Sermeno has received multiple certifications in areas of functional assessment, soft tissue treatment, traditional taping and kinesiology taping techniques, as well as various joint mobilization and manipulative procedures.
    Quadricep Stretch: This stretch focuses on the muscles above the knee, when they are tight they may not function properly and affect the stability of the knee.
    Calf Stretch: Tension in the calf muscles can affect knee alignment, so stretching them is crucial for knee pain relief.
    Hamstring Stretch: These muscles are behind the knee and help support the back of the knee, stretching them will help to avoid the knee having to overcompensate.
