Blizzard DESPERATE to get Players Back | Will Patch 9.1.5 Be Enough?

Blizzard has announced that the World of Warcraft Shadowlands Patch 9.1.5 will include numerous changes players demanded before the expansion even launched. If you quit WoW, are these changes enough to consider re-subbing?
While Blizzard's actions feel to be "too little, too late", hopefully they learn from this and take players concerns more seriously going forwards.

As a WoW player from Vanilla to Legion, I honestly wish Blizzard gets their act together and we have two great MMOs to bounce off each other. In the meantime, Eorzea's a pretty good place to be.
