- Got our hands on a beautiful Canon P rangefinder camera. Took it out on a quick test during a gravel trail ride. I used a Kodak ColorPlus 200 35mm film.

Nice to see you back on track! :D
See you again next year! Haha jk
Finally, I was waiting for someone in the film community on RUclips giving a review and love with the Canon P
It's an underrated camera for sure
@@ThirtyFiveStudio hopefully, you do some street photography, and portraits with the Canon P and compare with the Leica M and Nikon(I know they make a range finder like this), I prefer the Canon one cause it's more affordable.
The Canon P and 7 rangefinders are currently underrated and undervalued. Get them while they're still cheap!
Yes! Just make sure to double-check the lens. Canon ltm lenses are infamous for haze/ balsam separation.
I also learned film photog thru sunny16 rule with a cannon P.. And boy, once you get the hang of it, full manual in a digital camera will be a pleasure to use. It is like you are in full control of you creative output! Also, you will appreciate more the ‘priority settings’ of other film cams and in digital cams as well. To add, canon P being a rangefinder strips off the depth of field aspect, meaning all things in the viewfinder is in focus. So part of the visualization is choosing the right aperture and adjusting shutter speed. The process becomes so cerebral that you will not get bored. Hahah. It’s kind of brutal sometime. TBH.
Agreed doc! I need to always remember "focus then compose" haha
Sunny 16! Brilliant. I have a light meter but this is a great “cheat”.
🔥 🔥 More biking vids!!! Camera 10/10 pics 10/10 vid 10/10

Miss you guys
We miss making vids for you too!
Oh I also wanted to mention that you telling us about the dry box and how you actually need some moisture for your camera with something I didn't realize I've been using those silicone packs in my camera cases and some of the lens caps to keep fungus away but I'm glad I've caught it learned that you need some moisture for your cameras. That's something I didn't know so I'm learning a lot from your guys and your videos. We really appreciate it and some of your videos are kind of funny and other ones are just pleasant and we really appreciate you guys.
I just bought a Canon P myself! So stoked to see you riding gravel in the Philippines btw. The photos look great! I’ll be using my camera to do bicycle product portraiture and cycling-focused photography up here in Vancouver, Canada.
Hello po welcome back haha
Salamat po haha
Aye! Welcome back Derald
🥳
Welcome to the peloton....bikes are a great way to get to a huge variety of locations, especially if they have some "bad road" capabilities 👍
Agreed!
Excellent job on the video and it's awesome to see you back sir (:
Also, great to see some gravel cycling ^_^
SER DERALD YOU'RE SO POGI
This was great! I would be afraid that my camera gets damaged on the bumpy road though. I would get a fed or a zorki for these occasions.
You guys should start posting more again!
