I like to reroll to make sure the weapons are maxed out asap, especially when playing in matchmaking and ppl tend to pick up the cards sooner than later
For me, riven and yasuo was the easiest (just get uwu blaster and iceblast, and you're basically set, i personally prefer to get bunny cross and statikk sword but riven definitely scales well with paw print poisoner, getting projectile count is really good on them). full projectile run (kill them before they kill you) worked for Seraphine, Xayah, jinx and Aurora ( uwu blaster, batblade, blade-o-rang, bunnycross with their respective passives + damage with jinx having an extra flex slot and xayah needing to replace damage with pickup range). Briar is also uwu blaster, iceblast and statikk sword, with the last weapon being a flex slot. instead of projectile count, area and duration would be really good on her. Leona would be the same as briar, though duration does not work for her and youre better off getting health regen as the duration does not increase her e duration. I am still working on illaoi.
Heyo, love the vids! Answering your question, im rerolling for weapons with leftover rerolls when in matchmaking ppl picking up cards immediately so i need to focus on weapons first as cards wont be left at the end.. also usually ppl not picking exp passive so you wont be not even close to max lvl
