The best way to do it is get the abilities that you want and get the stats that have the icon corresponding to it so that you are able to get the prismatic form of them.
If you want an easier time, it's pretty important to be aggressive in the early game. It's hard to die, but you get way more experience if you keep killing mobs as fast as you can, which makes it much easier to kill them in the 5-10 minute mark, which makes you well prepared for the 10-15 minute hard hordes with maxed abilities and hopefully 2-3 evolved ones. Also, others pointed this out, but it's very important to evolve abilities, this run duration would've been great for you to evolve two abilities at once with it. Haste is also super good in general, since it probably benefits all your cooldowns, not just the actives (so tibbers, tentacle, bunny zapper etc, probably not the spinny thing since that evolved to be "permanent"). It often brings more dps than the %damage increase, and it makes it easier to aim since you don't have large gaps between your skills. Projectile count is also likely quite good, not sure if it only counts for projectiles. In other games (vampire survivors for example), basically any effect would benefit from it. if it's the same here, you'd have extra spinny things, extra sivir boomerangs, extra bunny zapper targets, maybe even more tibbers/tentacles though this one I'm not sure about. Worth checking it out though, in vampire survivors it's probably top 3 upgrade for most builds, together with cooldown reduction.

While its the correct way to focus on the "weapons" but if you have a passive that allows a weapon you have to evolve you want at least 1 level in it. Weapons can evolve with only 1 level in the passive. Also if you hover over your weapons it tells you what effects the weapon and what it scales with.

Damn, your bullet hell movement is crazy good against briar! You did awesome! Yeah, the real way to trivialize these games and make yourself strong is to find out which stats synergize with which powers. The goal is to evolve ALL of your abilities, but you can only evolve if you match the ability with the stat (e.g. health regen with cyclonic slicers evolves into unending slicers), so make sure you only pick abilities that go with your stats or stats that go with your abilities. If you cant do either, think about what ability your character needs, and pick that ability OR if its unavailable, pick the stat that synergizes with said ability and hope you get the ability in a future reroll. Bullet heaven games only look boring when played by a pro ;) An evolved ability is better than an unevolved, even if the stat doesnt scale with your character well. Think of it like items! Sure, an iceborn gauntlet or divine sunderer on jinx might seem troll (it is), but if you had to pick between 6 complete items that are kinda troll, or 6 item components that are good for your character, you'll pass on serrated dirk and take Zhonya's every day of the week! ALWAYS complete your item, ALWAYS evolve your ability!
I have a hunch that the stats you choose level up suits excelent for briar, gold always is a good investment, strategicaly is the best choise to max stats faster
The reason the rainbow leveled you up a bunch first time and not at all the second is cuz its a magnet that pulls in all the xp you KEEP LEAVING BEHIND. So the longer you go without it, the more you level
Survivors are soooo addicting, and the upgrading your character after the game lets you get invested, lets you explore the game without feeling like you're wasting time by not doing the most optimal build.. By the way, does Swarm not have a dash on spacebar?
You prob have this comment on other vids, but I think the fuel cells are used to power a cannon on the map. On the minimap there is an icon of a giant cannon, you bring the fuel cell there and it fires across the map to give you some extra global damage
The original Vampire Survivors was created by a guy who designed slot machines and casino games. That's why they're so addictive. Our dumb monkey brains really love those little dopamine hits from the short, flashy reward cycle.
My disappointment, thinking maybe i0ki was playing Illaoi support. I imagine I might feel more excited about this new game once it is out and I get to play it a few times. Until then, sorry to say I'm a little uninterested. Still support you though, buddy.
Is anybody else getting trigger that in all the fun squad, ioki and hiez and this channel ioki states those blue enemies cant be killed when he keeps killing them
I thought they were like, map hazards since they took a ton of damage but didn't present a healthbar like bosses do. I know now -- bear with me bro I'm completely new to this genre, but the GSA is a fast learner

Early game you need to try to roam around the map less, focus on staying in one area so you can gobble up the xp and get more early power
I didn't think this game mode would be this fun and cool looking hope to see you beat all the maps! And maybe start picking up some more XP orbs😂
